Oroville Hopes Cannabis will Cure budget woes

The Oroville City Council is hoping that pot will help solve a massive budget problem.

The Oroville City Council is hoping that pot will help solve a massive budget problem. In August it voted 5 to 1 to introduce ordinances that outline rules and zoning for commercial cannabis. We have a map of the proposed zoning areas:
