Developing Thursday morning Chico Police are investigating a shooting at a car near the south campus area.
It happened just before four o'clock yesterday afternoon near Sixth and Walnut Streets.
Witnesses reported a person in a two-door silver sedan was chasing and shooting at a tan colored SUV.
Police found the car under attack with a shattered rear window, the driver saying an unknown Hispanic man shot him at him after a fight.
He was not injured.
