Police find skid steer stolen from Anderson construction site

Police located a skid steer, stolen from a construction site in Anderson on Monday.

ANDERSON, Calif. - Police located a skid steer, stolen from a construction site in Anderson on Monday. 

The Butte County Sheriff's Office found the skid steer in Magalia around 1 a.m. on Tuesday morning. 

Police say someone in a white F-250 pickup truck stole from a construction site Monday.

The white F-250 has not been located. 

A suspect has not been arrested. There are currently two ongoing investigations, one from Anderson police and one from the Butte County Sheriff's Office.

As expected a lot more smoke has poured over the California Central Valley from the Dixie Fire, and our air quality has worsened significantly. We can expect hotter weather this weekend, and the smoke will linger, too.
