OROVILLE, Calif. - Oroville police are searching for a missing 12-year-old from Oroville.
According to the official report, Raeanna Halvorson, 12, has been missing since 9:15 a.m. on Friday. She was last seen by the Arc Store on Oro Dam Blvd.
She is 5'1" and 110 pounds.
Halvorson has optic nerve hyperplasia. Her father said that she is considered legally blind and is currently without her glasses.
