YUBA CITY, Calif. - Yuba City police say one man has been arrested for felony vandalism after he caused $15,000 worth of property damage at a convenience store.
Officials say calls started coming in just after 5 p.m. on July 23 for a disturbance at the New Stop on Northgate Drive.
In a video being shared on Facebook, Duncan Cherry can be heard yelling and seen knocking down displays and throwing cases of water before shattering the store's glass door.
Yuba City police say Cherry was arrested without incident only a few minutes after police arrived. They do not know why he initially started throwing things.
Cherry was arrested for felony vandalism, assault, drunk in public, a parole hold and for an unrelated misdemeanor warrant.
