Plumas County Deputies Search for Eye-Stabbing Suspect

Plumas County sheriff's deputies are on the hunt for a suspect they say stabbed a man in the eye.

PLUMAS COUNTY, Calif. - Plumas County sheriff's deputies are on the hunt for a suspect they say stabbed a man in the eye.

Investigators say John Butcher stabbed another man in the eye with a knife on Monday around 3:55 p.m. 

It happened at a home on Willow Way in Chester around 3 p.m. on Monday.

Butcher is now wanted for burglary and assault with a deadly weapon. He is described as wearing a black jacket, black jeans and boots. He's 6' 2" and weighs approximately 195 pounds.
