KHSL - Action News Now’s Pet of the Week featured two puppies this week! Lisa Pound with the Durham Doggie Posse brought in Penny and Sugar.

The two sweet pups are sisters and about four and a half months old, Pound said.

Pound said they believe the girls are Cattle Dog mixes. They are spayed and up to date on their vaccines.

The two love people and are very friendly with people. Pound said she thinks they would do great with anyone who is ready to have a furry friend.

Penny is a deaf dog. But the Durham Doggie Posse is sponsoring special training for her. Penny will be able to learn different signs throughout her training. She’s a very loving puppy.

If you're interested in either of the dogs contact the Durham Doggie Posse at 530-624-2097.

A dry and warmer than average Presidents' Day and work week is expected as high pressure dominates our weather. High temperatures will make the mid to upper 60s and the next chance for rain isn't until next Sunday.
