People in Greenville are now urged to leave immediately

The Plumas County Sheriff's Office said people in Greenville should leave now.

GREENVILLE, Calif. - People in the area of Greenville should leave immediately due to the Dixie Fire, the Plumas County Sheriff’s Office said.

People are asked to leave south to Quincy.

The Sheriff’s Office said emergency responders may not be able to assist people if they remain.
