On the ridge it's the most wonderful time of the year, musically speaking.
Dozens of members of the Paradise Community Chorus teamed up with singers from the Paradise High School Chorus to perform holiday classics like jingle bells, let it snow and winter wonderland.
Director Sam Gronseth said they've been rehearsing for this weekend's shows since September and encourages everyone to check out their performances.
"Come out next year, we really enjoy getting Christmas started here on the ridge and doing a lot of traditional carols as well as some new things and putting music together. To a lot of people, paradise community chorus is their community and those are the people within the chorus themselves,” Gronseth said.
Organizers say the goal on Sunday was to kick off the Christmas spirit for the community on the ridge.
