PARADISE, Calif. - Artist Shane Grammer is well known for his murals and bringing beauty from the ashes after the Camp Fire.

Grammer is trying something new and debuting his sculpture work in the town.

He says this face could link to part of his bride series and the face of a woman.

Grammer was in the area and wanted to share this piece he's been working on. He also might come back again and put a sculpture in Magalia or the Concow Yankee Hill area.

Grammer told Action News Now he loves creating something elegant in an area of destruction.

The welcome relief of showers will be with us this evening! They will continue to push through most places in the valley. Some places may not see some rain given their proximity to the mountains and the effects of a rain shadow
