PARADISE, Calif. - There will soon be 39 brand-new manufactured homes available for purchase in Paradise.
The Town announced the Paradise Mobile Home Estates will be the first mobile home park to reopen after being closed by the Camp Fire.
On May 5, the new homes will be driven in and set up by an essential crew to continue following local health guidelines.
The first home was bought by Greg and Theresa Vincent, Camp Fire survivors who lost their home 18-months ago.
Monte Christo Communities and Casa Park Homes teamed up to bring the nearly 40 homes to Paradise.
Paradise Mobile Estates said each home is state-of-the-art manufactured with spacious living rooms with vinyl wood flooring, contemporary bathroom designs, laundry hook-up and storage.
These homes will be at the Paradise Mobile Estates at 1354 Elliott Road.
