Paradise Irrigation District looks for water-sample volunteers

The Paradise Irrigation District is looking for volunteers to allow water sampling.

PARADISE, Calif. - The Paradise Irrigation District said it is planning intensified water sampling for the first two weeks in June.

The district is asking for customers with standing homes or businesses to volunteer to allow water sampling. 

Those willing to volunteer can shut off their water from June 1-15. 

The district is asking volunteers to register HERE or call 530-877-4971 by May 24.

Today we are expected showers in the Valley and snow levels dropping to 4,000 feet by Saturday morning. We dry out Saturday-Tuesday with a chance for another storm on Wednesday. Sunday and Monday night lows could near freezing.
