SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.- PG&E has made changes to its executive board while facing bankruptcy and thousands of lawsuits due to potential liability for the Camp Fire and other disasters.
The former head of the Tennessee Valley Authority, Bill Johnson, is the new President.
He will be joined by 10 new members on the Board of Directors.
Only three current board members will remain.
Governor Gavin Newsom is speaking out against the decisions, saying the board has too many people with ties to Wall Street and too few California connections.
