CALIFORNIA - PG&E has restored power to 363,600 customers affected by the Oct. 29 shutoff as of 9 p.m., Oct. 31. This leaves only, 1,400 impacted customers remain without power, the utility said.
PG&E says about 1,200 customers are without power in Sonoma County due to being in the area of the Kincade Fire, not a shut-off event.
As of 2 p.m., Shasta has 94% restoration and Yuba is at 99% restoration.

Approximately 156 incidents of damage or other hazards to the electric system have been identified, according to PG&E.

This is the third consecutive significant wind event in a week’s time.
The current community resource centers will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
