Over 5,500 PG&E customers still without power in North State

Several counties in the North State are currently experiencing power outages.

NORTHERN CALIFORNIA - Update 10/24 at 7:47 p.m.: Approximately 5.519 PG&E customers are still without power in multiple counties in the North State, according to the PG&E outage map. 

North State counties currently experiencing outages include: 

  • Butte: 5,346 customers affected
  • Tehama: 167 customers affected 
  • Glenn: 4 customers affected 
  • Shasta: 2 customers affected

Thousands of PG&E customers across the North State are without power, according to the PG&E outage map. 

In its preliminary determinations, PG&E cited weather conditions as the reason for outages in many areas. 

North State communities currently experiencing outages include: 

  • Butte County - 9,151 customers affected
  • Tehama County - 1,405 customers affected 
  • Glenn County - 1,598 customers affected 
  • Shasta County - 33 customers affected

According to the PG&E outage map, approximately 12,187 customers are currently without power in the counties listed above altogether.
