5:10 Update – PG&E crews are still investigating after more than 1,000 Forest Ranch customers were left without power Wednesday.
As of Wednesday evening, PG&E information Officer, Paul Moreno, said 318 customers are without power. They hope to have power restored to all remaining customers by about 6:30 p.m.
PG&E representatives said this current outage is not a public safety power shutoff. This outage started on Oct. 27 just before 7:30 p.m.
"The lights coming on and going off again can occur during the switching and troubleshooting process as crews investigate the outage and try restoring customers," said Paul Moreno, PG&E information officer.
