OROVILLE, Calif. - The Oroville Elementary School District is under investigation by the State Bureau of Children's Justice.
The district said the bureau is focusing on the district's student discipline policies and practices. This includes suspensions, expulsions and protections for foster and homeless youth.
The district said it's cooperating with the investigation.
