Oroville cooling center to open for summer months

Oroville Rescue Mission will open its cooling center for the summer months when temperatures reach above 95 degrees.

OROVILLE, Calif. - The Oroville Rescue Mission will open its cooling center from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. throughout the summer, according to Butte County Public Health.

The cooling center will open when temperatures are above 95 degrees.

It is located at 4250 Lincoln St. and the Oroville Rescue Mission's resource center is at 2130 Bird St.
