Oroville YMCA to host blood drive today

The Oroville YMCA is partnering with Vitalant to host a blood drive Tuesday, in their first of many events at the Oroville Municipal Auditorium.

OROVILLE, Calif. - The Oroville YMCA and Vitalant will be taking blood donors Tuesday from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Oroville Municipal Auditorium located on 1200 Myers St.

These blood donations will be tested for the highly demanded COVID-19 antibodies.

Mask or face coverings and Photo IDs are required in order to donate. It is also important to remember to eat well and drink plenty of water prior to donating.

Interested donors are encouraged to request appointments in order to maintain social distancing.
