OROVILLE, Calif. - If you signed up for a turkey box giveaway with the Oroville Rescue Mission, you can pick those up starting at 8 a.m. Monday.
There will be a turkey box giveaway outside the El Medio Fire Department the event is required those to sign-up beforehand.
If you did sign-up you can pick up your turkeys starting Monday at 8 a.m. at the El Medio Fire Department.
However, on Wednesday, Nov. 27, the Oroville Rescue Mission will be serving Thanksgiving Dinner to the entire community, all are welcome to join. The meal starts at 11 a.m. and goes until 3 p.m. also located at the El Medio Fire Department.
Editors Note: It was addressed this morning that there would be a turkey box giveaway, to clarify you must have signed up beforehand to receive a turkey box.
