A welcome cooling trend is on the way for the latter half of your weekend and early next week, but we'll also have stronger winds driving elevated fire danger across northern California. The potential for showers will return Monday into early Tuesday, and temperatures will cool through Tuesday. We'll then dry out and heat back up to around average from the middle to latter part of the week.
