One man Injured in Mobile Home Fire in Redding

One man in Redding was injured in two alarm fire Monday morning.

Redding, Calif.—One man in Redding was injured in two alarm fire Monday morning.

Fire crews were called to a home on the 1000 block of Deodar Way off of Lake Boulevard just before 4 a.m.

Firefighters arrived on scene to find a double wide mobile home, a garage, and a carport with a car and a boat inside fully engulfed in flames.

The people inside the home made it out, but one man had to be treated at Mercy Medical Center for second degree burns to his shoulder.

The fire caused more than 250,000 dollars in damages.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
