ANDERSON, Calif. - A new project broke ground in Anderson on Oct. 5.

The new U.S. Offsite project facility is located off Industry Road.

The manufacturing factory is located across from the Wheelabrator Shasta Energy Company. The building will be about 200,000 square feet.

The U.S. Offsite says it plans to bring in dozens of jobs to Shasta County.

The building will serve as an off-site construction plant.

The factory will then ship modules to various cities up and down the west coast.

The U.S. Offsite building is expected to be complete by Summer 2021.
