Neighboring Homes Destroyed in Early Morning Fire in Quincy

The Plumas County Sheriff's Office says two homes were destroyed and several others damaged early Tuesday morning in Quincy.

QUINCY, Calif. - The Plumas County Sheriff's Office says two homes were destroyed and several others damaged early Tuesday morning in Quincy.

Officials say the fire started at a home at 129 First Street in Quincy at around 12:13 a.m. Tuesday. Flames quickly spread to another home next door. Firefighters arrived to find the homes fully engulfed in flames. Both homes were destroyed, and several surrounding homes damaged. 

Sheriff's Officials say there were no reported injuries. Action News Now is working to learn how many people were impacted by the fires. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
