Missing juvenile in Red Bluff

On November 29, 2017, at approximately 9:30 AM, a RBPD officer was contacted at Red Bluff High School reference a missing juvenile.

On November 29, 2017, at approximately 9:30 AM, a RBPD officer was contacted at Red Bluff High School reference a missing juvenile.

The officer learned a 15 year old female left her residence the night prior on the 800 block of Locust St.

The juvenile has not returned home as of yet. The juvenile has been reported missing before and no foul play is suspected.

This is Lily Celano, she is 15 years old, 5'4", weighs 120 pounds, and has blonde hair and green eyes.

Stronger winds and low humidity over dry fuels will result in very high fire danger across northern California Wednesday and Thursday. We'll be very hot Wednesday, but a welcome drop in high temperatures is ahead for Thursday. Smoke will continue to bring big impacts to our air quality over the next several days, and temperatures will heat back up from Friday into Saturday.
