Marysville murder suspect found at Feather Falls Casino, police say

A Marysville murder suspect that investigators were on the lookout for has been found, police said.

UPDATE 12:57 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26 - A Marysville murder suspect that investigators were on the lookout for since Sunday, Sept. 22 has been found, police said. 

Marysville Police Detectives received a call from Security at Feather Falls Casino in Oroville at approximately 2 a.m. Security officers advised that they believed Jaramillo was in front of the casino and sent a picture from their surveillance, that ended up being a match, deputies said.

Butte County Sheriff’s Deputies arrived on scene and took Jaramillo into custody without incident.

Marysville Police Detectives responded to Butte County and took custody of Jaramillo, deputies said. Jaramillo was later booked at Yuba County Jail for murder.

MARYSVILLE, Calif. - Marysville Police are on the lookout for a murder suspect who investigators said may have ties to Butte County.

On Sept. 22 officers responded to a report of a disturbance that occurred at the 1000 block of F Street. Investigators said 29-year-old Jesse Jaramillo of Live Oak shot and killed a woman in Marysville on Sunday at approximately 3:48 a.m.

It's believed that Jaramillo has ties to Butte, Yuba, and Sutter counties, police are describing him as armed and dangerous.
