CORNING, Calif. - Corning Police Department arrested a man who ran off while police conducted a traffic stop on Sunday, according to Corning Police Department.
Noah Ryan Coats, 39-years-old, jumped out of the vehicle, a silver Audi, and ran off. He was located and was on active CDC parole.

The vicinity of the area where Coats took off was searched and an AR-style rifle was found in the brush. Coats said the gun was his.
The incident took place in the area of Orchard Ave and Liberal Ave.
Coats was charged for four charges and booked in the Tehama County Jail.
