CHICO, Calif. -- Thousands of people made their way to Downtown Chico Thursday night for the last Thursday Night Market of the year.
"It's kind of sad, we love Thursday Night Market," said Andy Taylor, a shopper.
"This is the first one I made it to this year, so I was really glad I was able to catch the last one," said Ashley Raymond, a shopper.
With cash in hand, thousands of people made it a point to be in Downtown Chico for the last Thursday Night Market of the year.
"We just like to come down and get some fresh produce, you know, locally grown," Taylor said.
The Downtown Chico Business Association said the Thursday Night Market brings in about $17,000 to $20,000 annually.
