MAGALIA, Calif. - A fire was reported to CAL FIRE Monday morning in Magalia, concerning a fully involved home located on the 13000 block of South Park Avenue.
Responders say the location of the fire was actually at 13659 Endicot Circle in Magalia, and the time of the report was at 7:11 a.m.
Investigators have not yet determined the cause of the fire. They said Monday afternoon that 85 percent of the structure, which was a double-wide mobile home, was destroyed by the fire.
Action News Now reporter Jafet Serrato said the firefighters quickly knocked down the flames, and then discovered a man that was injured from the fire. According to CAL FIRE Butte Unit, a neighbor had reported to them that a person had been burned.
The unidentified man was flown to a nearby hospital for medical attention.
Monday afternoon CAL FIRE still was not identifying the man who was hurt, nor his medical condition. They still have not determined the cause of the fire.
