Health officials warning public of possible Covid-19 exposure at 2 bars in Trinity County

Public Health officials are alerting the public of possible exposure to coronavirus if you attended one of the bars listed below.

WEAVERVILLE, Calif. – Trinity County Public Health Branch (TCPHB) is alerting the public regarding potential coronavirus exposure related to two separate Pool League events in The Diggins Bar in Weaverville and Rock Slide Bar & Grill in Burnt Ranch.

TCPHB says anyone who was in The Diggins Bar in Weaverville on November 1, after 12 p.m. and the Rock Slide Bar & Grill on November 8, between the hours of 1 and 4 p.m., may have been exposed to COVID-19.

The public is being asked by health officials to monitor for symptoms consistent with COVID-19, consider getting tested, and reach out to your healthcare provider if you develop symptoms.

Trinity County currently has 106 confirmed coronavirus cases. 70 people have recovered in the county.
