Flash Flood Watch: Butte County

There have been multiple flash flood warnings for areas affected by the Camp Fire in Butte County.

UPDATE 12:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30, 2018 - The Butte County Sheriff's office has reduced the following areas from evacuation orders to evacuation WARNINGS: 

  • Honey Run Road from Skyway up to the town of Paradise limits including all roads off of Honey Run Road including Centerville road from Honey Run up to Harris Hills Road and all roads off of Centerville. 

  • Esquon Road from Mesa Lane north to the end of Esquon, including Garden Road over to 1624 Garden Road.

UPDATE 5:02 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018 - A new evacuation order has been issued for Esquon Road from Mesa north to the end of Esquon

UPDATE 4:49 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018 - An evacuation order has been ordered for Honey Run road from Skyway up to the town of Paradise limits including all roads off Honey Run including Centerville road from Honey Run up to Harris Hills road and all roads off Centerville. 

An evacuation warning has been issued for the area of Centerville road from Harris Hills road north to Nimshew road. Residents are being asked to Shelter in place.

UPDATE 3:53 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018 - According to an emergency alert, there is an evacuation order for Honey Run road Skyway to the town of Paradise including Centerville road.

UPDATE 2:46 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018 - According to the Butte County Sheriff's Office, an evacuation warning has been issued for areas of Hegan Lane south to 162 and Sac River east to 99. 

An Evacuation Warning has been issued for the Hamlin Canyon and Lower Neal Zones due to Flooding.

The heavy rainfall is causing flooding in many areas.

Neal Road at Oro Chico Hwy

Hwy 99 at Durham Dayton Hwy

Hwy 99 at Estates Drive

Skyway at Notre Dame Blvd.

Midway at Durham Dayton Road

Honeyrun Rd at Centerville Road

BUTTE COUNTY, Calif. -  An evacuation order has been issued for Honey Run Road from the 200 block to Skyway including Horse Run Lane due to flooding. 

The Chico Police Department has sent out a CODE RED alert for a flash flood warning for the areas of Bruce Road from Chico Canyon Road to Skyway. 

There is still a Flash Flood Warning in effect for all areas impacted by the Camp Fire until 2:45 p.m. 

A Flash Flood Watch is in effect until 4 p.m. on Thursday.
