Five-car crash leaves two with minor injuries south of Oroville

One of the five involved was a truck pulling a trailer.

BUTE COUNTY, Calif. - A five-car collision backed up traffic on Jan. 31 south of Oroville, according to CHP.

It happened just before 2 p.m. on Highway 70, just south of Ophir Road.

CHP said one of the five involved was a truck pulling a trailer.

The northbound lanes were blocked for about twenty minutes and two people were transported with minor injuries.

There is no indication alcohol played a role in the crash.
