REDDING, Calif. - The Redding Fire Department is responding to reports of a boxcar on fire on the railroad tracks in Redding.

The department received reports of the fire around 11:50 a.m. on Monday. 

The fire broke out on a boxcar on the railroad tracks on Railroad Avenue, near Munchkin University.
