CAL FIRE knocks down unoccupied structure fire at Kelly Ridge area

OROVILLE, Calif - Butte County Cal Fire has knocked down a residential structure fire at the Kelly Ridge community in Oroville.

OROVILLE, Calif - Butte County Cal Fire has knocked down a residential structure fire at the Kelly Ridge community in Oroville.

Firefighters were dispatched to the 300 block of Lodgeview Dr. just before 3 p.m. Sunday, where a vacant double-wide mobile was “well involved,” according to Cal Fire.

It took four truck companies, two volunteer companies, and an overhead personnel to knock down the blaze, according to Cal Fire.

The fire has been contained and units will be at the scene for the next couple of hours, the cause is still under investigation.
