Firefighters Rescue Badly Burned Kittens from the Apple Fire

Firefighters fighting the Apple Fire rescued two mother cats and five kittens who were badly burned in the fire.

TEHAMA COUNTY, Calif.—Firefighters fighting the Apple Fire rescued two mother cats and five kittens who were badly burned in the fire.

The Tehama County Sheriff’s Office says the owners are still unknown.

All of the cats are being treated at Valley Veterinary Clinic in Red Bluff.

The agency Deserving Pets Rescue says you can donate to the cats medical care through their website.

You can also donate directly with the vet at 420 Antelope Boulevard in Red Bluff.
