Evacuation orders for Trinity Village and Denny reduced

The Trinity County Sheriff's Office has revised some evacuation orders in the Trinity Village and Denny areas.

TRINITY COUNTY, Calif. - The Trinity County Sheriff's Office has reduced evacuation orders to warnings in the Trinity Village and Denny areas, effective immediately.

The following areas are reduced out of an evacuation warning:

  • The areas along SR 299 from Denny Rd. in Hawkins Bar, east to Gray Falls Campground.
  • All of Trinity Village and Denny Rd. to Zeigler Point Rd. This includes Hawkins Bar Rd., Lone Pine Rd., China Flat Rd., Flame Tree Rd., Big Oak Rd., Coon Creek Rd., Fischer Rd., Suzie Q Rd., Pony Crk Rd, Emerald City Ln., Grays Flat Rd., and Ammon Rd.
  • The areas along Denny Rd, from Panther Creek east through Denny proper.

The following area remains under an evacuation order due to hazard trees and fire debris:

  • Denny Rd. from Zeigler Point Rd. east along Denny Rd. to Panther Creek
