Grab your sunglasses before you head out the door this morning, and don't forget to stay hydrated. Sunny skies, and warmer temperatures are ahead for your Monday forecast across Northern California. Breezy North winds will also be developing today and could result in a tougher day for allergy sufferers. Temperatures have dipped into the low to mid 50's in the valley overnight, and into the 30's to 40's in the moutnains this morning. Skies are clear and winds will be out of the North to around 10mph for your morning commute. Winds will become stronger through the day. Sustained winds will be up to around 20mph out of the North, with gusts up to around 30mph this afternoon. High temperatures are projected to climb into the mid to high 80's in the valley this afternoon, and into the 70's to low 80's in the mountains later today.

We're staying dry and getting even warmer over the next couple of days. Looks like valley areas can expect high temperatures to top out in the low 90's on Tuesday and Wednesday. Winds will stay breezy and out of the North. Make sure you're drinking plenty of fluids as the temperatures rise. Skies will be staying sunny through Thursday. A very modest drop in temperatures is ahead for Thursday, but we'll only be dipping back into the high 80's in the valley. Looks like we can expect some clouds to move through our region late this week, and a slight chance for some showers in the Northern Mountains and Southern Cascades on Thursday night. For the most part we'll be staying dry through your weekend here in Northern California. A wet system that will bring showers to parts of Washington and Oregon will leave our region with a modest drop in temperatures. Valley areas will dip back into the mid 80's on Friday and Saturday. Looks like we'll be seeing highs in the high 70's to low 80's on Sunday. All around, this is going to be a very warm and dry week across our region.
