Dixie Fire evacuation order downgraded in Lassen County

The Lassen County Sheriff's Office has downgraded evacuation orders for the Dixie Fire.

LASSEN COUNTY, Calif. - The Lassen Count Sheriff’s Office has reduced an evacuation order for the Dixie Fire.

The Sheriff’s Office reduced the Caribou Wilderness area south of Highway 44 from the Lassen County line east to County Rd. A21.

The remaining orders and warnings will remain in place and can be found here.

Crews have reached 90% containment on the Dixie Fire as it has burned 963,195 acres.
