Distribution center opens in Oroville to support Bear Fire evacuees

The Hope Center in Oroville is now open daily to provide needed hygiene items, clothing and bedding to those who had to evacuate from the Bear Fire.

OROVILLE, Calif. - The Hope Center opened a distribution center for those evacuated from the North Complex Fire on Saturday.

The distribution center is located at the Hope Center at 1950 Kitrick Avenue in Oroville.

The distribution center will be open 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily, starting September 12, 2020.

Evacuees and those needing support are asked to come into the office where volunteers will provide assistance. Masks are required and can be provided if necessary.

Available items include clothing, food/water, hygiene supplies, masks, bedding, and diapers/wipes for children and adults.
