QUINCY, Calif. – Plumas County Sheriff deputies arrested a woman Wednesday afternoon on suspicion of murdering a man in Quincy.
It happened around 2:49 p.m. when deputies responded to a call reporting a stabbing at 144 Forest View Drive in Quincy, according to the sheriff’s office.
Once deputies arrived on the scene, they found a woman attempting to run from the scene. The woman, later identified as Zora Holt, was detained. Deputies said they later found the body of Cyrus Seely, of Quincy.
Deputies say they determined Seely was a victim of foul play. Holt was taken into custody and charged with murder.
