RED BLUFF, Calif. – A woman who murdered her boyfriend with a pair of scissors was sentenced to prison today, according to the Tehama County District Attorney.
Michele Gonzales, of Red Bluff, will serve six years in prison for stabbing her boyfriend in the chest in June of 2019. The stabbing happened at the couple’s apartment on Lakeside Drive.
Prosecutors said the dying man named Gonzales as his attacker, and that she later confessed. Gonzales pleaded guilty.
