Crews put out early morning Weaverville structure fire

Firefighters are mopping up a Monday morning structure fire in Weaverville.

WEAVERVILLE, Calif. - Fire crews are mopping up an early morning structure fire in Weaverville, according to the Weaverville Fire Department.

The structure that burned was on Hawthorne St., the fire department said.

CAL FIRE, Douglas City Fire Department and Lewiston Fire Department were on the scene to help put the flames out.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
