Person flown to hospital following crash east of Forbestown

One person is being flown to the hospital after a collision involving a logging truck and a dump truck, according to CAL FIRE.

BUTTE COUNTY, Calif. – One person is being flown to the hospital after a collision involving a logging truck and a dump truck, according to CAL FIRE.

The crash was reported to the CHP around 1:55 p.m. Wednesday on Lumpkin Rd and Faye Mar Dr. CAL FIRE said two injuries were reported, one is major and the other is minor. 

Lumpkin Rd. east of Forbestown will be blocked for several hours, CAL FIRE said.
