Cohasset Evacuation Drill

The community on the ridge prepared for wildfire season with an evacuation drill.

Cohasset, Calif.--The community of Cohasset practiced an emergency evacuation drill today.

The Butte County Sheriff's Office put out a Code Red call about the drill.

About 40 people took part; they practiced their evacuation route and then met up at the community center for a "ready-set-go" presentation from Cal Fire, the sheriff's office and Cal OES.
