BUTTE VALLEY, Calif. - As of 10 P.M., Clark Rd is fully open on both sides. The Clark fire stopped at 110 acres and is 100% contained.
The fire started around 4:30 p.m. and was 70% contained by about 6 p.m.
Six engines, three water tenders, two dozers, and two helicopters including the new Blackhawk helicopter were used to fight the fire.
California Highway Patrol opened Clark Rd. back up at around 10 p.m. after all vehicles and debris were cleared.
An officer on scene said the crash involved a semi-truck and an SUV. According to the officer, the SUV drifted off the road, overcorrected and went into the path of travel of the semi-truck.
The driver of the SUV was taken to the hospital with moderate injuries, according to CHP.
