CHICO, CALIF. - Chico's Assistant City Manager is moving on.

Chris Constantin will become the City Manager of San Dimas at the start of the next year.

He joined Chico's management team along with current City Manager Mark Orme in 2013.

Orme told Action News Now Thursday, "We've reaped a tremendous benefit from his talent level, his caliber in the position he's in, so we'll be able to see him off, he starts in the coming January."

Orme says Constantine was vital to helping Chico survive challenges after the Oroville Dam Spillway Crisis, the Camp Fire, and the Covid-19 pandemic.
