CHICO, Calif. - From Dec. 19 to Jan. 19, The Street Crimes D Unit has made a total of 50 arrests within the city of Chico.
During the Chico State and Butte College Winter Intersession, Chico Police has deployed the Street Crimes D Unit to address the Quality of Life Crimes that adversely affect the residents of Chico.
Their mission of this is to impact the street-level crime that affects the quality of life in this community, Chico police said.
33-year-old Joseph Baker was arrested for driving a stolen vehicle, possessing a loaded firearm and possession of a controlled substance.
28-year-old Ian Broughton was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license.
37-year-old John Franklin was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and a Probation Violation.
24-year-old Mario Gustafson was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Paraphernalia.
40-year-old Dustin Andrews was arrested on an outstanding felony arrest warrant.
37-year-old Natalie Pahlka was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
30-year-old Mustafa Carroll was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
27-year-old Steven Brannon was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Kyle Colvard was arrested for Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Drug Paraphernalia, and a violation of PRCS.
59-year-old Albert Barquera was arrested for False Identification to a Peace Officer, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and an outstanding felony arrest warrant.
37-year-old Jeffrey Thompson was arrested for disorderly conduct.
21-year-old Cole Sawyer was arrested for disorderly conduct.
