Chico State museums collaborating for virtual Earth Day celebration

CHICO, Calif. – Tomorrow is Earth Day 2020 and several museums on the Chico State campus are collaborating on a virtual Earth Day celebration.

The Valene L. Smith Museum of Anthropology, Janet Turner Print Museum, and the Gateway Science Museum have come together for a virtual celebration of Earth Day, April 22, 2020.

The Chico State campus museums are inviting the community to join virtually together in the “world-wide-web of celebration.”

Curator of the Valene L. Smith Museum of Anthropology told Action News Now you can participate in citizen science and art as a way of expressing your love. Share your work with the hashtags #ChicoStateMuseums and #EarthDay.
