CHICO, Calif.- Chico Police arrested one suspect in a burglary at CVS Pharmacy on East Ave., right across from Trader Joes. Police said this happened Thursday, Aug. 15 around 11 p.m.

A man threw a metal object through a window and crawled inside, police said. The man got away with alcohol and a soft drink.

Officers later identified him using surveillance video and found him at the Ramada Inn less than a mile away. There was a bloody handprint left on the interior wall.

This is the second time this month that this CVS Pharmacy was burglarized.

The pharmacy said the two burglaries are likely not connected because the suspects appear to be different people in the video.
