CHICO, Calif. - Chico Police say a man was arrested within hours of a robbery on Park Avenue.
Police say Tyler Collins entered the '76 Gas Station around 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 16 and started pulling items off the shelves.
When an employee tried to stop him, they say Collins said he had a gun.
Officers tracked him down near East 12th and Nelson Streets and the station employee positively identified him.
Collins was arrested for robbery and police say no gun was located.
